Predator spyware convictions and the EYP question
BBC reports a Greek court convicted four people over the Predator spyware, which targeted 87 people; one in three of the dozens targeted had also been under legal EYP surveillance. The judge said 'unknown third parties', possibly including intelligence officials, appear to have been involved. No government officials have been charged and critics allege a cover-up.
