1. What this site is

Agencydotfun publishes short, sourced summaries of publicly available records about intelligence and security agencies, and a free spy game. The site is an independent project for education and entertainment. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency.

2. The game is fiction

All game characters, missions, dialogue and events are fictional. Any resemblance to real people or operations is coincidental or part of the fiction. Do not treat anything in the game as fact.

3. Not financial, legal or investment advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. We make no promise of returns or value.

4. Launchpad and $agency token: coming soon, not live

The “agencydotfun” launchpad and the $agency token are coming soon and are not live. The related pages are a non-functional preview of ideas that may change or never launch. There is no wallet connection, no sale, no airdrop, no presale and no transactions on this site. Do not trust anyone claiming to sell the $agency token on our behalf, and do not send funds to anyone on the strength of this site.

5. No guarantees

The site and game are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be available. Status tags (Verified, Alleged, Unknown, Debunked) reflect our reading of the cited sources. Always read the original.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from reliance on its content, or from lost game progress.

7. Your use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or submit classified or unlawfully obtained material or private individuals’ personal data through the tips form (which does not send anything; see the Privacy page).

8. Third-party content and links

We link to original documents hosted by others and do not control them. Documents, names and marks belong to their respective owners.

We may change these terms or the site at any time. The date above shows the latest update.
